The 6-Session Calm Reset is designed for people who want more than a single session of support. This structured series helps your nervous system move from short-term relief into real pattern change. Many adults live in a constant cycle of tension, stress, and emotional reactivity. Even when life appears manageable on the outside, the nervous system may remain stuck in survival mode underneath. Over time this can lead to anxiety spikes, chronic overthinking, emotional exhaustion, and difficulty truly relaxing. Changing these patterns requires more than a one-time session. It requires repetition, integration, and steady support. Over the course of six sessions, we work together to retrain how your nervous system responds to stress. This container blends somatic regulation practices, EFT tapping for anxiety, and practical nervous system tools that help you interrupt stress loops and create new responses. Throughout the series we focus on: • Reducing anxiety reactivity in real time • Teaching your nervous system how to settle more easily • Identifying and shifting stress patterns such as overthinking or emotional urgency • Building practical regulation tools that work in daily life • Strengthening your capacity for calm, clarity, and boundaries Each session builds on the previous one, creating momentum and deeper stability. This program also includes one custom Bach Flower Remedy blend, designed to gently support emotional balance and nervous system regulation between sessions.
