Happiness Habit, Activated

Twenty-one days, one small step at a time. Three live classes a week apart: a happy routine, a happy mind, then a happy life. Each day there’s one easy thing to try, about ten minutes a day, and you can’t fall behind.

Happiness Habit - A Happy Routine

Gratitude, music, the mirror, a joy boost, your happy anchor

Happiness is something you practice, not something you wait for. This class builds a gentle ten-minute routine, one small step a day.

This isn’t a test, and there’s nothing to keep up with. Each day there’s one small thing to try, and on a busy day even one minute counts. And the happier you are, the more it spills over onto the people you love.

Each of the first seven days adds one small practice, and you keep the ones you like as you go: ten things you appreciate, a song that lifts you, your best traits said in the mirror, a joy boost for your body, a happy anchor, an incantation and a meditation.

In class we make your happy anchor together, a simple touch that brings a good feeling back, and tap on whatever says you don’t have time for this.

Bring a journal, paper or on your phone, and the song that always makes you happy.

Comes with a printable class handout and the Affirmations and Incantations printable, waiting in your account once you've booked.

Happiness Habit - A Happy Mind

Thoughts, inherited beliefs, the words you use, and forgiveness

Thoughts become feelings, feelings become actions, and actions prove the belief that started it all. This class works on the loop.

A lot of what we believe was handed to us before we could question it. “Life is hard.” “No pain, no gain.” Most came with a good intention, and many quietly taught a fear.

We’ll find the sayings you grew up with, swap “I have to” for “I get to” and “I can’t” for “how can I?”, and look at the roles you play and whether they still fit.

Then forgiveness, starting with yourself. Forgiveness isn’t pretending it was okay or letting it happen again. It’s putting down what you’ve been carrying, for you.

Bring your journal and one saying you heard growing up that still runs in your head.

Happiness Habit - A Happy Life

Rewriting your life movie, and doing more of what brings you joy

You’re writing and directing your own movie. This class is about the script, who else has been writing it, and what you want it to be.

We each live inside a story: the scenes we replay, who we think we are, and where we think it’s going. Much of it was written by family and the world around us.

We’ll look at what you believe will make you happy and whose idea it was, tap on “I’ll be happy when,” and write the new review of your movie.

Then the last week: joyful activities, people, nature, simplifying, boundaries, spontaneity, and a daily act of kindness to finish on.

Bring your journal, and one thing you keep saying you’ll do “when things settle down.”

Comes with a printable class handout, waiting in your account once you've booked.

Habits, and the things underneath

Two classes on the same problem at two depths. Take either alone, or take them in order.

Habits - The Moment Before

Change a habit without willpower

Habits don't break by trying harder. This class works on the two seconds before the habit starts.

You already know what you'd like to do differently. You've known for a while. Knowing has never been the problem.

A habit isn't a character flaw, it's a loop: a cue, then a routine, then a reward. And it runs before you've consciously decided anything. Willpower arrives too late to be useful.

So we won't be working on willpower. We'll work on the moment between the cue and the routine, and take the charge off it so there's room to choose.

Bring one habit you’d like to change. Small is better than dramatic.

Habits - What Is This Solving?

Cravings, numbing and the thing underneath

Some habits aren't habits. They're solutions. This class asks what yours is solving.

There's a difference between a habit and a way of coping. A habit is a loop. Coping is a loop with a job.

The scrolling, the pouring, the eating standing up at the counter — those usually turn up at a particular moment, doing a particular piece of work. Taking the edge off. Filling a space. Making a feeling go quiet for twenty minutes.

Nothing here is about willpower or shame, and you won't be asked to give anything up. We'll bring the craving into the room, tap it, then look honestly at what it's been solving. The moment you know what it's for, you have a choice you didn't have before.

Bring the thing itself if you can — the food, the phone, the glass. It works better in front of you.

Comes with a printable class handout, waiting in your account once you've booked.

Before you bookThis class goes deeper than The Moment Before and assumes some comfort with tapping, and with being honest in a group. If you're new, start with class one. If what you're carrying is connected to substance dependence, this class sits alongside proper support, not instead of it.

Drama Triangle to Empowerment

Victim, Rescuer, Persecutor: three corners we all get pulled into. Learn to see the triangle, step out of it, and show up differently for the people around you.

Drama Triangle - Which Corner Are You In?

The three roles, and how you get pulled in

Every drama needs three people: a Victim, a Rescuer and a Persecutor. This class shows you which corner you run to, and why.

You know the conversation. It starts as a small thing, then someone feels blamed, someone jumps in to fix it, and twenty minutes later everyone is exhausted and nothing has changed.

That's the Drama Triangle. Three roles, and we all move between them, often in the same argument. Most of us have a home corner we step into without thinking.

You'll learn to see the triangle while you're in it, find your home corner, and tap on the pull that draws you in. Seeing it is the first way out.

Bring one recent moment that left you drained. Small is better than dramatic.

Drama Triangle - I Choose My Response

From Victim to Creator

You can't choose what happens. You can choose what you do next. This class is the shift from “why me?” to “what now?”

Some weeks, life really does happen to you. Plans fall through, people let you down, the thing you hoped for doesn’t come. None of that is imagined.

What we work on is the stance we take afterward. The Victim corner says: I’m powerless, my dream isn’t possible. The Creator says: I have a choice, even here. Not a big choice. A baby step.

We’ll tap on the powerless feeling, look honestly at what staying there protects you from, then find one small thing that’s yours to choose.

Bring one situation where you feel stuck. Something still going on works best.

Drama Triangle - Helping Without Rescuing

From Rescuer to Coach, from Persecutor to Challenger

You can care about someone without carrying them. This class is about helping without rescuing, and holding a line without controlling.

If you're the one everyone calls, you know the Rescuer corner well. You jump in, you fix it, you feel needed, and then you feel used. Or you see what someone should do and push harder, and it turns into a fight.

The Coach asks instead of telling, because they trust the other person to find their own answer. The Challenger says the honest thing and holds you capable of hearing it. Both still care. Neither carries.

We'll tap on the urge to jump in and the fear underneath it, then practice the questions that replace the fixing.

Bring one person you tend to rescue or push. You won’t need to name them.

Comes with a printable class handout, waiting in your account once you've booked.

Before you bookThis one is easiest after Which Corner Are You In?, since it starts from your home corner. And a note for the whole series: Victim is a role, not a verdict. Real harm is real, and stepping out of the triangle never means staying somewhere you aren’t safe.

What You Focus On Grows

Mindset, words, frequency and aligned action. Your energy draws in energy like it, and your thoughts and words have power. These four classes put intention, belief, feeling and action to work together.

Manifesting - Not Yet

The mindset underneath manifesting

Before you can call something in, you have to believe you’re allowed to grow into it. This class is about the word “yet.”

Most of us carry a quiet voice that decides things early: “I’m just not good at this.” “People like me don’t get that.” “Why bother?” It sounds like the truth, so we stop before we start.

That voice is a fixed mindset. A growth mindset adds one word: not yet. Struggle stops being proof you can’t, and becomes proof you’re growing.

We’ll give that voice a name so it stops sounding like you, tap on the “why try?” feeling, and find the first place in your life where “yet” belongs.

Bring one thing you’ve wanted for a while and quietly decided isn’t for you.

Manifesting - Your Words Are Working

The power of what you say to yourself

You’re always affirming something. This class is about choosing the words on purpose.

“I’m so bad with money.” “I always pick the wrong people.” We say these so often we stop hearing them. But your mind hears every one, and it goes looking for proof.

Your thoughts and words have power. What you say about yourself becomes where you put your attention, and what you put your attention on is what you start to find.

We’ll catch the “I am” sentences you didn’t know you were saying, tap the charge off the oldest one, and write a new sentence you can believe.

Bring one thing you say about yourself that you’d like to stop saying.

Manifesting - Your Frequency

Like attracts like, and the gap between wanting and believing

What you put out comes back to meet you. This class is about what you’re really feeling, expecting and believing underneath what you want.

You can want something with your whole heart and still not feel like it’s yours. Underneath the wanting there’s often a quieter expectation: it won’t happen, not for me.

Your frequency is what you believe, what you’ve practiced feeling, and how you feel right now. When those line up, things move. When they don’t, you feel the pull of the gap.

We’ll find the gap between your wanting and your believing, tap on the expectation underneath, and practice the feeling of already having it.

Bring one thing you want that still feels just out of reach.

Manifesting - Aligned Action

Intention, feeling, and one step you’ll actually take

Intention sets the direction. Feeling sets the frequency. Action meets it halfway. This class turns what you want into one step.

Some people manifest by thinking and waiting. Some push so hard they’re exhausted. There’s a middle way: know what you want and why, feel it, then take the step that feels light.

Aligned action isn’t hustle. It’s the step that comes easily once your energy lines up with what you want. Sometimes it’s big. Usually it’s small.

We’ll get clear on what you want and the feeling underneath it, tap on the fear of starting, and leave with one action you’ll finish this month.

Bring your intention from class three, or one thing you’re ready to move toward.
