Service Description

The Calm Clarity Session is a focused 75-minute session designed to help you interrupt anxiety patterns and begin regulating your nervous system in a practical, grounded way. Many people experiencing anxiety, chronic stress, or emotional overwhelm try to manage their thoughts first. But lasting change often begins in the body. When your nervous system is constantly on alert, even small stressors can feel overwhelming. Your mind may race, rest may not feel restful, and calm can seem difficult to access. In this session, we work directly with the nervous system to create steadiness from the inside out. Using a blend of somatic regulation practices and EFT tapping (Emotional Freedom Techniques), we help your body shift out of stress reactivity and into a more regulated state. These methods are practical, gentle, and designed to help you interrupt stress patterns in real time. During the session, we may: • Identify the nervous system patterns contributing to your anxiety or overwhelm • Use somatic practices to help your body settle and release tension • Apply EFT tapping to reduce emotional intensity and stress responses • Clarify the key patterns keeping you stuck in stress cycles • Create simple regulation tools you can begin using immediately Clients often leave this session feeling clearer, calmer, and more equipped with tools they can use in daily life. The Calm Clarity Session is an excellent starting point if you are new to nervous system work or want to experience how body-based anxiety support can help you move out of overwhelm and into steadiness. This session focuses on practical nervous system regulation and anxiety relief, not therapy or clinical treatment. The goal is to give you tools and insight that help calm become something your body can access again.

Terms & Policies – Individual Sessions Breathe n Bloom By booking an individual session with Breathe n Bloom, you agree to the following policies. Payment All individual sessions require full payment at the time of booking in order to reserve your appointment. Individual services include: • Calm Clarity Session • Shamanic / Energy Session Payment confirms your scheduled time with Jenn. Rescheduling & Cancellations If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be considered used sessions and may not be refunded or rescheduled. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time in order to respect the schedule of other clients. Refunds Individual sessions are generally non-refundable once booked. If you need to cancel with more than 24 hours notice, your session may be rescheduled for a future date. Refunds may be issued only at the discretion of Breathe n Bloom. Virtual Sessions Clients are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and appropriate environment for virtual sessions. If a session is disrupted due to technical issues on the client’s side, the session may still count as scheduled time.
