The Happiness Habit Activated is a 21-day guided class designed to help you build daily micro-practices that rewire your brain toward joy, gratitude, and presence — without bypassing the hard stuff. Most people wait for life to feel better before they let themselves feel happy. This class flips that. Over 21 days, you’ll learn how to practice happiness as a skill — using the science of habit formation, nervous system regulation, and emotional intelligence — so that joy becomes something you build, not something you wait for. The 3-week structure: Week 1 — Build Your Happiness Routine Learn the brain science behind happiness and negativity bias. Begin your daily activation practice: gratitude, joy spotting, and nervous system support tools. Week 2 — Shift Your Mindset Identify and begin rewiring the emotional patterns and beliefs that keep you stuck. Learn to reframe, respond, and celebrate micro-wins. Week 3 — Create a Joy-Filled Life Integrate your practice into daily life. Strengthen your capacity for presence, connection, and sustainable happiness. Each day includes: • A short daily lesson (5–10 minutes) • A simple activation practice • A daily reflection prompt • Nervous system regulation support This class is perfect for you if: • You feel like happiness is something that happens to other people • You’re stuck in stress, overwhelm, or emotional flatness • You want a simple, consistent practice that actually changes how you feel • You’re ready to stop waiting and start building You don’t need more motivation. Cancellation Policy
By booking services with Breathe n Bloom, you agree to the following policies. Payment Coaching containers and session packages require full payment at the time of purchase to reserve your sessions. Packages include: • 6-Session Calm Reset • 12-Session Deep Regulation Payment confirms your commitment and reserves space in Jenn’s schedule. Scheduling Clients are responsible for scheduling sessions within the recommended timeframe: • 6-Session Calm Reset: within 3 months • 12-Session Deep Regulation: within 6 months Unused sessions after this period may be forfeited unless otherwise agreed. Rescheduling Please provide at least 24 hours notice to reschedule a session. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be considered used sessions. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time to respect other clients. Refunds Packages are generally non-refundable once sessions have begun. • If canceled before the first session, a refund may be issued minus processing fees. • If a package is discontinued after starting, unused sessions may be refunded at the discretion of Breathe n Bloom, minus sessions already completed (calculated at the single-session rate). Virtual Sessions Clients are responsible for a stable internet connection and appropriate environment. Technical issues on the client’s side may still count as scheduled session time. Membership & Digital Classes Memberships and digital classes provide educational content and experiential practices. • Membership fees are non-refundable once billed • Digital course purchases are non-refundable Memberships may be canceled anytime to stop future billing. Scope of Services Breathe n Bloom provides coaching and holistic wellness services focused on nervous system regulation. These services are not therapy, medical treatment, or psychological care.
